Reservation Policies and Rules

Reservations, with the exception of thematic programs, include only bed and breakfast, other services will have an additional cost.

Guarantee Policy: in order to be able to take advantage of all the services we have at your disposal, we would appreciate that you have a valid credit card at the time of your stay, or they will be charged at the time of use.

Deposit Policy: In case you do not provide or do not have a valid credit card, it may be necessary to make a deposit to guarantee the reservation.

All prices for accommodation shown on our website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

DAMAGE CAUSED OR MISSING OBJECTS

Poço e Meio reserves the right to charge any damages that are intentionally caused by the customer, including the non-return of keys / cards / bracelets to access the rooms and beach towels.

 

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

Prices for accommodation at Casa de Campo Poço e Meio also include: breakfast, use of the pool, Bikes workshop and Padel (by appointment).

Reservations and check in can only be made by persons over 18 years of age.

Reception: from 9 am to 10 pm

Check in: from 4pm

If you arrive earlier we can store your luggage, the room will be available at 4pm.

Check out: until 12 pm.

If there is a possibility, it can be done until 4 pm, without additional cost.

Between the 1st of June and the 30th of September, the time of entry into the property, may be later than usual, due to unforeseen events that may have happened, such as the time to prepare the property is longer.

Accomodation for Baby up to the age of 3, is free – maximum of 1 per room, (we have a baby cot available on request).

Child stay up to 12 years – € 25 night | consult according to the room

Dinner for guests:  by appointment.

Dinner for visitors: by appointment.

Lunch for guests: we serve light meals and drinks, upon request.

Note: Only meals and products supplied by Poço e Meio can be consumed in the common dining areas, indoor room and terrace.

RESERVATION / CANCELLATION POLICY: The confirmation of the reservation depends on the payment of 50% of the value of the same. For reservations canceled up to 7 days in advance, Poço e Meio guarantees full refund. For reservations canceled less than 7 days in advance, Poço e Meio reserves the right not to return the respective deposit. A no-show on the day of check in is considered as full use of the reservation. Foreign checks will not be accepted on the day of entry.

Poço e Meio reserves the right to cancel your stay due to force majeure, such as overbooking, necessary works or other valid reasons that justify the cancellation, being refunded the full amount of the deposit paid for it, or refund of the entire stay. if the customer has paid the full amount of the stay, without any penalty for both parties. Poço e Meio will, before proceeding with the cancellation, present an alternative to the client in order to avoid the cancellation of his stay.

 

LENGTH OF STAY

Low season from 1 October to 15 May (except festive seasons: Carnival, Easter, Christmas and New Year)

Minimum stay of 2 nights at the weekend

High season from 16 May to 30 September

Minimum stay of 2 nights at the weekend

In August minimum occupancy of 4 nights

1 week stay (6 nights) 10% discount

Long-term stays are allowed, always on request for budget and availability.

 

Rules

It should not exceed the maximum capacity of people staying in the room.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms and / or common indoor areas.

You should respect normal periods of silence and rest, avoiding conflicts between other guests and neighbors.

The use of the common living room is only possible until 11 pm.

You must respect the rules for access to the pool and padel court.

If you use a parking space, make sure you park the vehicle in the correct place.

 

Rights and duties

Any type of complaint will only be accepted within a maximum period of 1 hour after Check-in, and afterwards any type of complaint will not be accepted by our entity.

All data requested will be used only to guarantee your reservation.
